My husband and I have loved every minute living at Windmill Cove. The leasing office staff is wonderful. If anything ever needs to be fixed the maintenance crew gets it done promptly. There are so many wonderful people that live here. It's a quiet family-oriented apartment community and will be hard to match this experience. We would stay if we weren't moving out of state. I highly recommend living here.

After selling our home that we lived in , trista grew up in.. and this is actually the first time she has lived in an apartment.. it is so much like living in a HOUSE.. the people are very nice, it is quiet.. very nice transition.. I am happy to call this my home.. I can see myself living here for a very very long time.. I feel so safe and comfortable here....everyone is so nice and friendly.. if anything needs to be fixed they fix it ... the staff are all very nice.. it is lkike a big happy family here.. I would recommend this place to anyone.. and everyone...

I love this place, i lived there for 13 months and then had to go out of the country for 2 months but now i am coming back and want to move back in so bad! Great and safe area, very nice management and maintenance people, great for children, huge one-bedroom apartments! Close to 1-15, south-towne mall and other important locations! A+!

The staff, and the places are well kept and good families live here. I am glad that I moved back!

Good for apartment living

I love living here it's clean and nice

So far, I LOVE it! The apartments are very spacy, comfortable layout, very friendly staff. Very helpful and affordable. The lighting is great and makes me feel safe. The parking is fantastic, and the grounds are very pretty and calming. Especially after living at a complex that was cramped, dark, and full of crime, this place is a breath of fresh air, literally! I am looking forward to being here for a very long time!

Easy. The apartment complex is fairly well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a clean and friendly place to live. I love the staff at the office and the very few maintenance requests I've had, have been dealt with immediately. My nieghbors are all nice and I have enjoyed my 3 yrs here.

For the most part, it is extremely enjoyable. Its pretty quiet and we love the location. It's nice being able to pull out of the complex and see if it is a good idea to get on the freeway or not. However, the parking is not very convenient for our guests. they all have to walk across the ENTIRE complex just to get to our place. I also wish that the speed limit was enforced better. There are always tons of kids playing in the streets and running in and out of parking stalls. It's hard to see them and I'd hate to see anything bad happen. Plus a lot of people like to take the turns really sharp. We have almost gotten in several accidents because people fly around the sharp turns. I was thinking the big circular mirrors could really help visibility around the corners and by the mailbox. Our apartment is always freezing. We have tons of drafts throughout the entire apartment.

Quiet, great staff, nice amenities

I would tell them that it is a great place to live. It is a very friendly atmosphere and that you get a lot for what you pay. My only regret, is that I wish we had a club house. There have been several times that I could have used it. But other than that, I love that there is a fitness center. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The management is awesome! Overall, we are very pleased to have found this place!
